Intellectual Property

We represent clients before the Intellectual Property Office in proceedings for protection of trademarks, patents and designs, as well before courts in cases for protection of violated intellectual property rights.

Also, we cooperate with investors that produce audiovisual products, cinematographic works and television programs in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. In that regard, we provide them with legal and tax support in the process of allocating incentive funds.
