Andrej Janković – areas of expertise of the law office Janković are real estate, dispute resolution, protection of investors’ rights in film industry, as well as banking and finance. In addition to studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, Andrej successfully graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration (FEFA). He also gained many years of economic and legal experience as a legal advisor within the National Bank of Serbia.
Law firm Vladisavljević – a multidisciplinary law office that uses comprehensive knowledge of the judiciary, administration, business and industrial sectors in its work. We have cooperation in the fields of family, labor and commercial law, as well within representation of foreigners in Serbia before the competent bodies for the purpose of obtaining the respective permits for residence and work on the territory of Serbia.
Marko Krneta – During many years of work within the legal profession and cooperation with renowned law firms, he also worked as an in-house attorney and HR manager in one of the largest Chinese construction companies (Power China), which also has activities in Serbia. He specializes in providing legal services and assistance in the field of labour law. In the last few years, he helped in obtaining over 250 residence and work permits necessary for the legal residence and work of foreign citizens in the Republic of Serbia.
Tax, finance, digital assets
Sofija Erić – she graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, where she successfully completed specialist studies in the field of tax consultancy. During her long professional career, she cooperated within tax & legal matters with many attorneys, law firms and clients from various industries. She is a member of the Serbian Fiscal Society.
Filip Boršik – director and legal representative of IB Interbilanz Consulting & Audit Belgrade, with extensive experience in corporate finance and consulting, as well as in management positions in multinational companies. His field of expertise is financial management, auditing and bookkeeping. He studied international economics and finance at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Lana Janković – graduate lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in the financial market. She participated in drafting of laws and by-laws that regulate the field of digital assets. She spent part of her career at the Securities Commission, where she worked on the licensing of service providers and the approval of white papers since the adoption of the Law on Digital Assets. She gained practical crypto experience by working as the head of the business compliance department and authorized person for prevention of money laundering in the first licensed crypto exchange “ECD”. She is the co-author of two classbooks and the author of several professional and scientific works in the field of financial markets and digital assets.
Ilija Rilaković – tax attorney, graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, where he also completed his master’s studies in the field of economic analysis of law. In addition, he studied international business law at the Vrije University in Amsterdam. His areas of work are commercial and tax law, as well digital assets. Ilija is also one of the organizers of the ETH Belgrade Conference.
Minja Đokić – PhD in science field Public finances and financial law. Tax attorney with specialization in the field of tax counselling and tax administrative procedure. Represents clients in proceedings led by the Tax Administration, as well as in administrative proceedings and administrative disputes. He is a defence attorney in criminal and misdemeanour proceedings involving violations of tax or administrative regulations. He is the author of several published works in leading scientific and professional journals.
Visual identity
Visual designer Sonja Ćiraković is in charge for the visual identity of the GCLegalTax law firm. She graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts, University of Belgrade. She has over 10 years of experience working in the IT industry as an UI/UX designer. She cooperates with various global companies that are leaders in their fields of business. She is a member of the Applied Artists and Designers Association of Serbia (ULUPUDS).
